Are there any fees or deposits?
(a) There may be a deposit based on the type of service you have.
(Your deposit is the amount of your first week of service.)
How often does CCP bill for service?
(a) Service is billed once a week, however some clients like to pay two weeks up front.
Can I get that in writing?
(a) Everything that is agreed to is given to you in writing.
Do I have to sign a contract?
(a) CCP offers a service agreement with a 5 day cancellation by CCP or CLIENT.
Do you have any references that I may check with?
(a) Yes
Will the Care-Giver know about the level of service that will be needed before they arrive at my home?
(a) Yes, we will go over each detail before they start their assignment.
How will I know what I can ask the Care-Giver to do?
(a) We will go over each detail with you.
(b) We will also provide you with a list of duties entitled Job Tasks
What if I do not like the Care-Giver, may I change?
(a) Of course you can.
Do you have someone that will come by to check with us to see how everything is going?
(a) Yes we do, we also call once a week to speak to family members and we also use email.
(b) You can always call the office 24hours 7 days a week.
How do I pay?
(a) CCP excepts Cash-Check-Long Term Insurance.
